- Can I get aphysical sample before placing order?
- Yes,you can place a sample order or you can order one of our stock for quality checking;
- Can I see a sample before production?
- Yes, we will send you digital file for approval; You also can get a physical sample after deposit;
- Can I get free sample?
- Yes, sample cost will be refunded from bulk order;
Lead Time
- I have urgent order, can factory help us?
- If color are from our color range, we can get order ready(below 100pcs) within two weeks;
- I need customized color,how much more time going to take?
- For any yarn color we need dying to match,general we need additional 7 days on top of standard leadtime;
- How long it will take for shipping time?
- We use express such as DHL FEDEX, generally it take 3~7 days door to door;

- I have my own design, can factory help us?
- Yes,we can use your design apply to our size/pattern set-up;
- I don't have design template,can I get one from factory?
- Yes,please contact us online;
- Can factory help us as we just have design idea?
- Yes,you can send us hand drawing or simply just describ by email;
Quality
- How can I trust factory for material quality?
- We have in-house test lab,standard we set up are higher than market; For example, our color fastness to sunlight is 4.5,which market standard is 3; Years development, our material can hand extreme situations, such as Australia UV, USA California Proposition 65;
- Can I get customized trims?
- We can help you with brand labeling things, but for core parts such as zipper,button, we don't offer custom design;
- Can I use nominated supplier for material supply?
- Yes, we can help you with lab test; But we don't take responsibility if any quality issue

- What's factory payment term?
- 60% deposit before production after design confirm, 40% before shipping after quality checking;
- Can I get refund if I want to cancel order?
- Depends on production stage, you can get partial refund after production start;
